RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS

 

While we make every effort to ensure each of our candles are of the utmost quality, we do recognize our own humanness. We take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your candle is damaged or defective you can reach us at hello@higherlovecandleco.com. Please include your order number in your email. We will always make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.

 

In general, all sales are final, however returns/exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.

  • If a candle is damaged during shipping or you accidentally received a scent you did not order, we will happily make it right.
  • If you have lit your candle, it is not eligible for exchange or return.
  • If you do not like the scent you purchased, it is not eligible for exchange or return. We try to be as detailed as possible with our scent descriptions to ensure satisfaction.
  • If your candle does not perform the way you believe it should, please contact us. 

 

Please provide pictures of damaged product, as well as label, box, and interior packaging.

 

RETURNS

Please contact us at hello@higherlovecandleco.com within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

WHOLESALE/SPECIAL ORDERS

These provisions do not apply to special orders and wholesale transactions.
